For a limited window each winter, Mila's Garden opens its doors to overnight guests. Intimate, exclusive, and unlike anything else in Boulder.

From January 1 through March 1, the estate is available for exclusive overnight stays — timed to coincide with the Sundance Film Festival's arrival in Boulder beginning in 2027. Up to ten guests. The full property. No shared spaces, no other parties, no compromises. This is a private home base for people who want to be in the center of it all without sacrificing the quiet.
